OUR CENTER

Our nursing and rehabilitation center offers short-term rehabilitative as well as long-term care - a full range of medical, nursing, rehabilitation and social services to treat and support each of our patients and residents. There are eight attending physicians to select from, supported by a strong leadership team and a long-tenured staff.

Many of our patients go home after a few weeks and, for those who are unable to return home right away, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.

We received a Five-Star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and we earned a deficiency-free survey from the State Health Department in 2010. Our center received the American Health Care Association’s Bronze – Commitment to Quality award and was named one of the best nursing centers in the United States by U.S. News and World Report.
